Our batch-building approach requires individuals with a unique blend of skills, spanning metal work, traditional stick framing, electrical work, plumbing, painting for both exteriors and shiplap-clad interiors, finish work encompassing cabinet building and installation, and even tile work for our innovative bathrooms within our modular structures. As mentioned, there is a great deal of metal work to be done on this project and we are looking to add to our Metal Fabrication team.

Position: Welder
Location: Riverside, close to Lake Mathews and near Corona
Responsibilities:
Execute metal work tasks, focusing on cutting, grinding, and MIG welding for container modifications and steel structural supports for roof and decking.
Use of forklift to move items around shop
Helping your colleagues with their workstreams in other disciplines, as needed, if needed
