MOBILE HOME PARK IN CHINO HILLS
Full time
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: approx. 7:00am to 3:30pm
Compensation: $19.00 to 21.00 per hour depending on experience
Benefits: 11 paid holidays off per year, 5 paid sick days per year and 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment
Experience preferred, but will train
Experienced with garden and landscape work – power tools and hand tools
- Mow and edge grass with gas powered machines
- Trim trees and bushes by hand and with gas powered trimmer / chain saw
- Operating gas blower
- Trim, shape and thin shrubs and small trees
- Weeding, remove dead leaves and flowers,
- Apply weed and insect killers with backpack sprayer
- Install, repair and maintain irrigation systems
- Remove dead plants and install new plants
- This is a physical job – walking, standing, lifting 25+ lbs., kneel, stoop, crouch, pull, push, mostly outdoor work
