Landscaping Construction Worker (Minimum 1 Year Experience)
Location: Inland Empire / High Desert
Compensation: $21 hr
Employment Type: Part time - Full-time
We are looking for a skilled Landscaping Construction Worker with at least one year of hands-on experience in outdoor construction projects.
Required Skills & Experience
Artificial turf installation (cutting, seaming, base prep, compaction)
Concrete framing (forms, layout, basic mixing knowledge)
Paver installation & grading
Retaining walls (block, cap, drainage basics)
Rock installation (decorative rock, river rock, dry creek beds)
Drainage installation (French drains, catch basins)
General landscape construction tasks
What We Need
Reliable transportation
Ability to follow directions and work efficiently
Strong work ethic and respect for jobsite standards
Must be physically able to lift, dig, rake, and perform outdoor labor
