Summary:
This is a flexible, mostly independent position perfect for a self-motivator who can follow clear instructions. There are a few required tasks that must be completed exactly as outlined, including taking photos and videos—especially around Halloween and Christmas.
You will be entrusted with approximately $2,000 worth of materials, so if you quit, you must immediately pass the materials box to my designated family member.

Job Requirements:
Download the Nike App to track and map your walking routes.
Before you start, send me a snapshot of the map.
The app tracks your route and mileage.
After walking, share the route map showing street names (satellite view preferred).
Someone will occasionally drive the area after you finish to verify routes.
Take photos of door knockers:
On the doors
Holding them up in front of houses
(I create fun marketing videos from these later.)
Text me immediately if a homeowner speaks to you.
I will provide a text template to introduce me.
Save my full name and phone number.
Keep track of the areas you complete:
To avoid duplicate knocking
To track mailer opportunities
To handle inquiries if homeowners call
Neighborhood Selection:
Choose flat areas (no steep hills).
Pick neighborhoods with a good price point—not too high.
Use Google Earth to plan walking routes and count homes in each cul-de-sac.
Pay Structure:
$25/hour + Bonuses
2 hours = $50 plus potential bonus
Stuffing Door Hangers:
$0.25 per hanger
500 hangers = $125
Flexible Hours:
Must complete 500 homes/week (5 hours walking; 10 hours including stuffing).
Bonus Opportunity:
If a home you door-knocked closes, you receive a bonus:
Example:
Sale Price: $700,000
Commission (2.5% ÷ 2) = $8,750
You receive $500 bonus per closing.
4 closings = $2,000/month bonus potential (plus hourly pay).
Additional Details:
Must have your own car.
Must leave the door knocker on the front door handle.
Payment is via Venmo or Zelle only.
