LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED JANITOR (OFFICE AND MODEL HOME CLEANING)
We are looking for an experienced Janitor/Cleaner to take care of our businesses/model homes.
Responsibilities
Clean and maintain offices and model homes (example: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning stains, restroom cleaning, etc)
Follow instructions given by management and communicate for each job
Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
Be reliable and ready to work
Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements and skills
Experience as a Janitor, experience in cleaning offices and homes
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Perform each work shift at 100% and be able to work independently
Pass a drug screen
Drivers license - with good record/subject to back ground check
Be able to travel from Inland Empire to Orange County if needed
What are the duties and responsibilities of a Janitor?
A Janitor’s duties and responsibilities can include general cleaning of a building/home and keeping it maintained and in good condition. This can include vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, taking out trash and recycling and washing and cleaning windows and mirrors as needed.
