Californian Mobilehome Park located in Hemet, CA. is currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to handle the repairs and preventative maintenance of the Park.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Maintaining and cleaning the common areas,
Opening & Closing Facilities
Scheduling outside vendors,
Knowledge of Electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry, etc.
Picking up trash on walkways and streets
Weed abatement / Tree trimming
Position Details:
Part Time, 29 hours per week
$17.00
Candidates must also:
- Be able to read, write and speak English (Bi-lingual a plus)
- Pass a Drug/Background screening
- Possess strong communication/customer services skills.
- Possess a valid driver license
- Possess valid proof of insurance
