Job Title: 2nd Shift Department Lead – TV Distribution Center
Shift: 2nd Shift (Specify hours, 3:30pm -12:30am + Possible OT & Weekends)
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Operations Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced 2nd Shift Department Lead to oversee inbound and inventory operations at our TV Distribution Center. This role requires strong knowledge of inbound processes, warehouse safety standards, and experience operating specialized equipment including clamp and slip sheet forklifts.
The ideal candidate will lead by example, support team productivity, ensure accurate inventory handling, and help maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Job Responsibilities
· Manage the picking, staging, and shipping operations for our key clients
· Lead forklift drivers and warehouse associates to meet operational needs
· Coordinate pick-up appointments with transportation providers
· Oversee and be accountable for department KPIs
· Work cross-functionally with all the Accounts and Support functions to report on key issues as they relate to the orders
· Ensure compliance to all Health and Safety guidelines for self, staff and warehouse at all times and carry out internal health and safety audits as and when requested
· Provide warehouse management with end of day/shift handover information.
· Execute any other duties as and when identified
Minimum Required Qualifications
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Minimum 2 years of operations or logistics experience
· At least 1 year of leadership experience
· Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team-oriented workforce
· A working understanding of warehouse management systems
· Proven experience managing personnel to meet operational objectives
· Strong at multitasking and task delegation
· Organized and detail oriented.
· Ability to perform data analysis and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets

· Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks.

· Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple and often conflicting priorities.

· Strong written and oral communications skills required
