3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT
Pay: $29.87
Schedule : Monday - Friday , 7am to 430pm- 9/80 work week ( every other Friday off)
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND AND WORK IN U.S.
Job Duties :
Paint interior and exterior of units
Patch and repair walls
Replace and repair windowpanes, screens, countertops, doors, and locks
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing issues
Ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Prior experience working in housing units and/or apartments is preferred.
Requirements:
Pass DMV Check ( no more then 1 point on record)
High School Diploma
Pass Background Check
Bilingual in English / Spanish is preferred
