Jerry’s Haul Service – Part-Time Property Care Laborer (W-2)
Jerry’s Haul Service (JHS) is hiring reliable, professional laborers for junk removal, light demolition, property cleanups, restroom cleaning, and janitorial-style maintenance for commercial and industrial properties.
This is a W-2 employee position with part-time, fluctuating hours. This is not a weekend-only job.
Pay: $18–$20/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays | No Sundays
Hours: Approximately 5–30 hours per week (not guaranteed)
Location: Inland Empire (multiple job sites)

Non-Negotiable Requirements
Must have your own reliable vehicle to travel between job sites
Must be available Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
No Sunday work
This is not a weekend-only position
W-2 employment only (paid bi-weekly)
No cash / no under-the-table work
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to safely lift 50–75 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors and on active job sites
Hours & Scheduling Expectations
This is a part-time position with fluctuating hours
Weekly hours may range from approximately 5 to 30 hours, depending on workload
Hours are not guaranteed and may vary week to week

This is not full-time and not a guaranteed-hours role

Job Responsibilities
Junk removal, hauling, loading, and disposal
Light demolition (cabinets, drywall, fixtures, shelving)
Restroom and janitorial cleaning (toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters)
Sweeping, wiping surfaces, vacuuming, cobweb removal
Warehouse, office, and commercial property cleanouts
Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and safe
Following safety procedures and proper tool use
Showing up on time and communicating clearly
