We are looking for 1 new long-term, year round pool technician to join our company Blue Waters Pool Services.
Individuals with previous experience in the pool industry are preferred but we will train you either way.
We currently service pools in Claremont, Rancho Cucamonga, and Upland.
Training pay will be $15/hour. Length of training period will depend on the individual's experience level.
Hourly pay will increase to $30/ hour after training. Employee will pay for their own gas and insurance after training. Additional money can be made washing filters on Saturday.
Work days will be Monday through Friday. Start time is 6 a.m.
Work hours will average 30/ week. Work will take between 4-6 hours/ day.
Having a truck, SUV, or larger vehicle is required.
This is a labor-intensive job and is not easy work.
One also needs technical knowledge on how to balance the pool water properly but we will train you on this if you do not have experience.

Good health and physical condition are essential, as job requires constant moving around, bending, and lifting equipment and chemicals weighing up to 50-60 lbs. You must also work well independently without supervision after training.
Most importantly, you must be reliable.
This is a 1099 independent work contractor position.
