Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pool Maintenance
Technician 1 to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for
maintaining residential and commercial pools, ensuring they are clean and properly balanced.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of swimming pools ( pH, Chlorine Levels,
alkalinity, etc.)
Test water chemistry and adjust chemicals as needed.
Inspect and maintain pool equipment, including pumps and filters.
Perform routine maintenance, including backwashing filters, lubricating parts, and
replacing worn-out equipment.
Monitor pool circulation and ensure efficient operation.
Inspect and repair pool structures, tiles and other equipment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
