I am looking for a professional with a truck and tools. Knows what remodel work looks like and can work alone or keep a laborer busy, too. Bathrooms, kitchens, room additions, roof repairs, door replacement, ceiling fans, light fixtures, adding outlets, baseboards and trimwork, flooring prep and installation, painting, drywall. I'm a skeleton crew looking for a leader technician to take over all the work in the field. We try to use subcontractors for most of the work, but there is always work to be done and gaps to fill before the next contractor comes in. Mostly residential work in occupied homes and some commercial work at local churches.
No drugs, no BS. Show up on time, ready to work and make the company money. Customer service is a plus. Jobsite cleanliness and organization is a must. We don't cut corners, we do the job right and work only off referrals.
Quarterly raises are available with reviews. Pay is DOE.
