Duties Include
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for assisting customers with generic information and redemption of purchases. Ability to multitask Great communication and organizational skills. Must be reliable and punctual. Should be able to stand for prolonged amount of time.
Ride Attendants are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned rides.
This includes enforcing and following all ride requirements and procedures, evaluating guest abilities and limitations and giving directions
Maintain expertise knowledge in safety and operation of riding devices.
Clean and maintain the area of the riding devices and operator building.
Follow ride regulations and safety procedures all the time.
Kindly remove disorderly, obnoxious, or sick people from rides.
Ensure children are the appropriate height and age for rides.
Explain safety procedures to riders. Ensure passengers are secured safely.
Operate equipment that starts and shuts down ride.
Assist patrons entering and exiting ride.
Should be able to stand for prolonged amount of time
