We are seeking an experienced Solar Installer to install residential solar installation projects throughout Southern California. This role will require travel across the state and is responsible for ensuring quality installations and maintaining safety compliance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in solar energy systems, and the ability to manage working on multiple job sites efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including mounting hardware, wiring, and inverter connections.
Perform electrical wiring in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
Work closely with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system installation and operation.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in solar installation
Strong understanding of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and electrical components.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Proficiency in operating construction equipment and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Must be able to climb ladders and work on high roofs
Must be able to lift 70 Lbs repeatedly and overhead
Ability to travel throughout Southern vCalifornia for various project sites.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
