Job Title: 1st shift forklift driver
Facility Overview:
· Flexibility is required for this role, as candidates must be available to work overtime daily and additional days as needed.
· Physical demands of the role, including the ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, pushing, pulling, and staging products in a fast-paced environment.
· This position is based in a warehouse environment, with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
Job Summary:
· The role involves operating a stock chaser/Columbia in a growing distribution center.
· Candidates are trained in the facility by a Kimco representative.
· Importance of flexibility, as all Stock chaser/Columbia drivers will also need to perform general labor tasks and support various departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
· Pick, pack, and sort products efficiently and accurately.
· Stock or replenish products using a reach/cherry/sitdown and stock chaser.
· Confirm order accuracy and ensure proper handling and storage of products.
· Conduct cycle counts and transfer inventory as required.
· Use an RF scanner to perform all job duties, including tracking inventory and confirming orders.
· Be willing and able to assist with general labor tasks when needed.
· Support various departments as needed, showing flexibility in handling different job functions.
Requirements:
· Candidates must be able to operate a reach/cherry picker/sitdown and stock chaser (training will be conducted only on a stock chaser).
· Must be willing to perform general labor tasks as required.
· Ability to stand and walk over an 8 hour shift and to go up and down stairs as needed.
· Must pass a background check and EVerify employment verification.
· Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required. All shifts work overtime and work more than 40 hours a week.
Work Environment:

· Monday to Friday, with additional days as needed. Flexibility to work overtime daily and on weekends is required.
