Job Duties:

Groundskeeping if the facility contains lawns or other outdoor areas
Sweep parking areas as needed with hand blower.
Remove trash from receptacles and replace trash liners, wipe trash can lids
Spot clean all spills/ messes on sidewalks
operate hand held blower for sweeping services
Physical strength and dexterity to lift, move and handle equipment
Stamina to deal with long hours standing or walking
Strong verbal and written communication for discussing maintenance issues
Ability to work in extreme hot or cold conditions
Organizational and time management skills

- Prefer One (1) Year Day Porter experience
- Able to Lift 50 Lbs.
- Must have a functioning smartphone with active data plan
- Must be able to communicate in English effectively
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Hours:
Monday: 5am - 12:30pm
Tuesday: 6am - 12:30pm
Wednesday: 5am - 12:30pm
Thursday: 6am - 12:30pm
Friday: 5am - 12:30pm
Compensation:
$18.00
