Job Description
This position is full time in the shipping/logistics area of the warehouse including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, stocking, labeling, inventory accuracy and cycle counting. The focus of this position is to provide shipping services to the client with their parts and inventory needs including: receiving stock, issuing materials, locating and verifying inventory by utilizing all resources necessary to perform this function.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Shipping and receiving freight via UPS, Fed Ex and other carriers.
- Picking, packing & labeling, orders for shipment.
- Use of Pallet Jacks
- Performing physical tasks - lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Maintaining, cleaning and keeping warehouse and work areas clean and organized.
- Ability to multitask and perform duties with accuracy.
Experience/Qualifications:
- No experience required, but prefer some experience in a warehouse-based environment; will train the right person.
- Self-Motivated and works well in a team environment, MUST BE RELIABLE
- Able to work with a diverse group of employees
- Fast learner
