Duties/Responsibilities:
Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing slips
Inspect and report any damages or discrepancies to the appropriate parties
Sort, label, and store items in designated areas
Update Warehouse Data system based on incoming shipments and outgoing shipments
Update inventory records and maintain accurate stock levels
Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
Assist with inventory counts and audits
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed
Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Previous experience with the USDA, FDA standards, or similar agencies preferred.
Bilingual required (Spanish and English).
Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with frontline employees, peers, and customers.
Strong internal and external customer focus with great follow-up.
Must be able to flourish in a heavy fabrication fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
Must be organized and practice time management best practices.
Payrate: to start $18.50
Schedule: 1st shift / able to work flexible hours
