Transportation company is looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Supervisor in Upland, CA.
They will oversee the daily tasks and operations of the warehouse, including managing the warehouse team, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining a positive work environment. They need to be multi-skilled and able to meet changing deadlines.
SKILLS:
Communication - Warehouse supervisors should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to anticipate problems.
Organization - Warehouse supervisors need to be able to delegate tasks based on the needs of the company and the strengths of their team members. They should also be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
