Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will perform semi-skilled general building maintenance work to ensure the facility remains functional and safe.
Job Responsibilities:
-Install, maintain, and repair the facility’s structures and systems, including plumbing, electrical wiring, and fixtures.
-Maintain the building’s appearance, both inside and outside.
-Perform simple repairs and adjustments to machines and equipment.
-Conduct manual labor tasks requiring knowledge of specialized tools, equipment, and materials.
-Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
-Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse and offices.
-Responsible for equipment battery changes.
-Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Experience using hand tools and operating small power tools.
-Ability to read and understand manuals, specifications, drawings, and blueprints.
-Knowledge of occupational hazards and standard safety practices.
-Basic familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
