Looking for a general wood repairman to repair termite damage and fungus/dry-rot. Compensation based on experience. Must able to lift heavy objects, such as lumber, and capable of carrying two story ladders.

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to, removing and replacing termite and dry rot damaged wood (e.g. painting lumber, rough and fine carpentry, installing doors, replacing roof sheathing, patio/deck repairs and rebuilds, framing, stucco, siding, etc.).
Compensation depends on experience. You must provide your own truck, tools and will work as a "subcontractor". Job materials provided.
