Responsibilities:
Represent clients in DUI cases from start to finish, including court appearances, negotiations, and trials.
Conduct DMV hearings and represent clients' interests effectively.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to strategize and provide top-notch legal counsel.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional client service.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the state bar. New attorneys welcomed to apply.
Experience in DUI defense law preferred but not required; we're willing to train the right candidate.
Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dedication to upholding the highest ethical standards.
Benefits:
Compensation package: $40 an hour to start plus gas reimbursement
