Small foreclosure defense firm is seeking a remote, part time attorney with experience in civil litigation. Hours can be flexible. Can work around another job. In the future, should things work out, there is the possibility of advancement in the firm.
Duties include case management and drafting/responding to complaints and discovery. Other duties include making appearances, interacting with opposing counsel, doing fact-finding and witness interviews, legal research, and filing of documents, etc.
