Fast paced Family Law Firm looking for a Full-time Receptionist to manage the front desk and assist staff. Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and be proficient with multiple line telephone system, and basic computer programs. Hours are Monday-Thursday from 8:00a.m.-5 p.m. and Fridays from 8:00a.m.-12:00p.m. Office experience is preferred. This is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast pace, upbeat and positive work environment!
Job Responsibilities:
Answer high-volume multiline telephone, provide information to callers, and direct calls
Take and relay messages
Calling/Emailing clients to notify them of their upcoming appointments and hearings
Greet persons entering the organization and direct accordingly
Distributing all received correspondence and documents to clients
Maintaining and updating the firm's document archiving and file system
Qualifications:
Knowledge of computers and relevant software application – Microsoft Office, Outlook
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Type at least 50 WPM
Ability to handle multiple line telephone
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional personal presentation with customer service orientation
Ability to multitask with attention to detail
Organized and Motivated
