o Job Summary:
To sort and respond to reviews for assigned clients on a daily bases
To notify thee Client Services Representative and Supervisor of negative reviews
To document and report all client sorting and responding on a daily basis
To assist the Client Services Representatives and Supervisor with data entry, review sorting, responding, and filing as needed
