Position Overview:
As a Field Representative, you will play a key role in helping eligible individuals access free government phones. Working in various high-traffic locations, you’ll engage with potential customers, guide them through the qualification process, and provide outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with members of the community in designated locations.
Verify customer eligibility for the free government phone program.
Assist with completing applications and ensure accurate information.
Provide clear and helpful information about the program.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions.
