Job Title: Operations / Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations and Sales Manager to oversee daily operations and drive revenue growth through sales initiatives. This dual-role position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of both operational efficiencies and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining operational processes while also cultivating and expanding client relationships to increase sales and meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

- Implement operational strategies and processes to improve productivity, quality, and profitability.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize resources, reduce costs, and improve service quality.

- Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and customer service, to streamline processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain high levels of service and client satisfaction.

Sales Management

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business growth objectives.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand competitor activities.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.

- Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular sales reports to communicate progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions that drive sales growth.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and train a team of sales and operational staff to achieve company goals.

- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth.

- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Sales, or a related field.

- Proven experience in operations and sales management, ideally in ecommerce.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and drive performance.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, or processes.

Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of budget management, forecasting, and financial analysis.
