Location: Southern California (Multiple Territories)

Position Overview
As a Canvasser, you will be responsible for promoting our synthetic turf and landscaping services in designated Southern California territories. You’ll go door-to-door, introduce homeowners and businesses to our services, and generate qualified leads for estimates and installations. This is an independent, performance-based position for confident and experienced professionals who thrive on results.
Key Responsibilities
Canvass assigned Southern California neighborhoods and commercial areas to promote Flawless Grass Hardscape services.
Professionally approach homeowners, present company offerings, and qualify potential clients.
Generate high-quality leads and schedule consultations for the sales team.
Maintain accurate daily records of leads, contacts, and appointments.
Communicate regularly with management and attend brief team check-ins.
Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of canvassing experience (preferably in landscaping, turf, roofing, or solar).
Must understand landscaping or turf installation basics and be able to explain services clearly.
No training provided – experienced canvassers only.
Must have your own reliable vehicle and be willing to commute throughout Southern California.
Able to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
Comfortable working outdoors for extended hours.
Excellent communication, professionalism, and work ethic.
Compensation & Earnings Potential
$17/hour OR Commission (whichever is higher).
If your commission exceeds hourly pay, you will be paid commission only.
1099 Independent Contractor position.
Top performers can earn up to $200,000 per year based on effort, lead quality, and closing results.
Work Area
Territories cover all of Southern California, including Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and San Diego County.
Must be willing to commute as needed within assigned territories.
