Looking for a full time Maintenance Mechanic that keeps machinery at the business operating effectively. Inspect, install, and test new pieces of equipment to ensure proficiency. Mechanics are expected to perform emergency repairs.
Responsibilities Include:
Install and assemble new machines and equipment.
Inspect machines regularly for any signs of malfunction, including visual inspection and listing for irregular noise.
Schedule and perform routine preventative service to each piece of equipment.
Use a variety of power and hand tools to perform job function.
. Ensure that machines are working according by the end of the shift, if not its required to troubleshoot the problem before and repair if possible before next shift.
. Oiling of the machines includes the grease and padding etc.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Must know 480/220/110 volts and be able to troubleshoot any machinery
Must have 2-3 years of experience in the mechanical field. Electrical is a plus.
Must Possess a valid driver license. Mechanics will be expected to pick up and deliver parts to shops.
. Ability to read & understand blueprint and technical documents.
. Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of welding.
Requirements:
Passed physical (able to lift 20-50 pounds)
Vision – passed. 20/20 or corrective vision.
Drug Screening
1st shift 10am- 6:30pm OT required
Location: Rancho Cucamonga
Pay rate: $18-$27 HR DOE
