CNC MILL SETUP AND OPERATE
We are an AS9100 Rev D, Aerospace Company in North Pomona
Setup and operate 3,4 and 5 Axis CNC Mills and lathes
Mitsubishi, Fanuc and Haas controls
Experience required setting up and running CNC Mills and Lathes.
Ability to Program using Mastercam or Fusion 360
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Knowledge of inspection tools
Basic math required
Setup jobs on CNC mills utilizing job setup sheets, and programs.
Able to edit programs
Setup fixtures, vises, and use of edge finders
Prepare cutting tools from tool list
Measure and verify for first article
Do all paperwork as required.
Maintain a clean and organized area
