General purpose of this position(NOT remote):
This position is part of our customer service team in RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA, and will provide customer support for all of our products. The candidate should have some experience receiving customer support calls including, but not limited to, troubleshooting field failures and user error issues. (Willing to train the right candidate) Candidates must stay calm and patient, meanwhile outgoing and willing to help, willing to work overtime hours when extreme situation . communication skills and personality are the key for hiring.
This is a permanent long term position.
Knowledge, Skills and abilities:
good communication skills, professional on phone calls is a plus
Ability to set priorities, and solve problems
Basic troubleshooting skills
Able to efficiently handle multiple tasks without frequent supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of ERP systems and computer applications
Bi-lingual(English and Spanish).
Technician background is a plus.
Machinery repair/operation experience is a plus
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Technical training and or college coursework training is a plus.
Help desk or call center experience will be helpful.
