About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Aerospace Deburrer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using hand and power tools to remove burrs, nicks, and other imperfections from precision aerospace parts. This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Deburr parts according to detailed work instructions and drawings
· Visually inspect parts for burrs, nicks, and surface defects
· Use hand tools, buffing, or grinding wheels to ensure all parts meet quality standards
· Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to identify critical features
· Wash and package parts as instructed
· Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment
· Follow all safety procedures and company policies
· Route parts to the next process stage accurately
Requirements
· Previous experience in deburring, metal finishing, or precision manufacturing preferred
· Will be working with very small parts. Average size between ½ inch and 2 inches in diameter.
· Strong attention to detail and quality
· Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
· Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
