Position: Entry CAD Operator
City: Riverside, CA
Range of Pay: $22.00-$26.00
Shift: 1st Shift
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities: .
Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation to create and modify technical drawings and schematics.
Develop 2D and 3D models using SketchUp, NavisWorks, SolidWorks, and Civil 3D.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure compliance with design standards and project guidelines.
Assist in the preparation of construction documents and project presentations.
Maintain organized records of all CAD files and documentation for easy retrieval.
Participate in project meetings to provide updates on design progress and address any technical concerns.
Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience with Revit, MicroStation, SketchUp, NavisWorks, Civil 3D, or SolidWorks is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and drafting techniques.
Familiarity with construction processes and industry standards related to CAD work.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
