Manufacturers must be able to perform tasks as assigned in the construction/manufacturing of refrigeration room doors in all phases of assembly. In addition to meeting departmental manufacturing goals, safety, accuracy, and efficiency are key elements to meeting company quality needs.
Essential Job Functions:
Support product build and assembly processes with accuracy and efficiency with the use of standard work
instructions.
Focus on the quality and timely delivery of completed tasks to achieve customer satisfaction.
Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment.
Will be responsible for manufacturing freezer panels.
Will be responsible for inspecting & ensuring panel meets quality requirements.
Oversees machine operation to detect malfunctions and reports malfunctions.
Moves necessary materials around worksite as assigned.
Will work with sheet metal, foam and
Cleans up worksite debris.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Good hand-eye coordination, ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift/carry heavy objects and climb ladders.
Ability to carry/lift up to 50lbs
Required to adherer to company Safety and HR policies. Able and willing to work safely.
Experience with measuring tools, saws and drills, as well as other construction hand and power tools.
Good verbal communication skills, great attention to detail and reliable (attendance and punctuality are paramount).
Must be safety oriented, and willing and able to work as a team and follow direction of their supervisor, lead
Physical Requirements:
Lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of up to 50lbs.
Have the ability to stand and walk for up to 8 (or more) hours a day.
Some combination of stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.
Some tasks require the ability to perceive sounds and visual cues or signals.
Environmental Exposures:
Performance of essential functions may require exposure to hazardous materials/chemicals, odors, temperature, weather, noise extremes, air pollutants/air quality and traffic hazards.
