WHO WE ARE SEARCHING FOR:
As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in making our products shine. You will help jar, label, and package edible glitters, sprinkles, and other consumer goods in our FDA-certified kitchen. We will train you to operate equipment, maintain quality standards, and work alongside a fun, supportive crew.
This position is On-Site ONLY- No Remote or Hybrid Work Available
Please do not apply if you cannot commit to reliably commuting to our office location in Redlands, CA.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Work in a FDA and Kosher certified kitchen.
- Package open food products.
- Seal, wash, and label closed products.
- Clean and sanitize the work area.
- Operate small machinery.
- Report to the Production Lead and Production Manager.
- Collaborate and communicate with a team.
- Quality check and ensure products are being completed accurately.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- High School Diploma- Required
- A positive, go-getter attitude and strong reliability
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stay active in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to have precision and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in warehouse conditions (temperature changes, etc.)
- Team player who’s excited to help other departments when needed
- Food handler’s card preferred (we’ll help you get it if you don’t have one!).
Job Type: Full-time (Mon.- Fri.): 5:00 AM- 1:30 PM
Work Location: In person MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE to LOMA LINDA, CA
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
