Job Title: Temporary Part-Time Battery Pack Assembler (Spot Welding & Gluing)
Position would be as needed to complete large jobs. Currently needing someone for next 2-3 weeks

Schedule: Is flexible. Minimum hours a day 4 hours. And we can work it out as long as it is between 9am-3pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with the assembly of battery packs. This position involves spot welding battery cells and applying adhesives or glues to secure components. Training can be provided, but prior hands-on experience with electronics, soldering, or welding is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Perform spot welding of battery cells using specialized equipment
Apply glue/adhesive to secure parts in place according to specifications
Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and safety
Follow assembly procedures and safety protocols
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
Steady hands and good attention to detail
Basic understanding of battery components or willingness to learn
Experience with spot welding or electronics assembly is a plus
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Must be punctual and dependable
