We are AKC registered small breed kennel looking for a skilled and experienced Dog Groomer to join our team. This position is perfect for a groomer who is passionate about caring for small dogs and ensuring they look and feel their best. You will be working twice a week in a calm, friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Grooming: Provide grooming services including bathing, brushing, nail clipping, and ear cleaning for small dog breeds.
Handling Dogs: Gently handle and care for small dogs to ensure a positive grooming experience.
Maintaining Equipment: Clean and maintain grooming tools and workstations.
Monitoring Health: Observe dogs for any signs of health issues during grooming sessions and report concerns.
Work Schedule:
8am-12pm, twice a week
Proven experience grooming small dog breeds
Patience, trustworthiness, punctuality and love working with animals
Knowledge of breed-specific grooming techniques, attention to detail and
cleanliness
