ADMIN / AGENT SUPPORT (ENTRY LEVEL)
$20-$21/hr + (based on experience)
Must have 2+ consecutive/recent years administrative experience, basic office duties, customer service etc Position is full time M-F 830-530 in our La Verne CA office.
DESCRIPTION (including but not limited to):
M-F , 8:30 - 5:30 pm , 40 hr work week NO REMOTE WORK
Supporting sales agents (applications, merchants, calls etc)
Underwriting/Processing Merchant Applications
Phones
Problem Solving
Basic office equipment (fax, copy, scan, email etc.)
Communication with inside/outside sales agents
Data Entry
40 wpm minimum
MUST be an organized individual, detail oriented and who can work/focus in a fast paced setting, multi-task, meet deadlines and be a team player.
Bilingual a Plus!
