$22 per hour for the first 30 days. $23 per hour after 30 days, with room to grow, full benefits after 60 days.
Tech One Construction Inc. is a commercial construction company supporting projects throughout multiple states, since 2004.
We are seeking an individual who will help with all administrative aspects of completing construction and facility maintenance work orders throughout California and multiple states. No experience is necessary, but any construction experience is a plus. This position requires the ability to work quickly, efficiently and at a fast paced, as many work orders are emergency based. Must be willing to work full time and in-person.

Responsibilities:
General administrative office duties with an emphasis on facilities work and construction.
Assisting with construction service schedules
Supporting fellow staff members and providing general office support
Source and collaborate with vendors in multiple states
Coordinate and schedule facility maintenance appointments with customers.
This is an evolving position where duties and responsibilities will change as needed
Requirements:
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment
Be comfortable on the phone sourcing new vendor and talking to customers
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
Ability to learn our software platforms
