Customer Service / Office Assistant
LOCATION: Jurupa Valley, CA
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
RESPONSIBLITIES:
No selling
Answer customer phone calls with information regarding their orders and answer emails
Making outbound calls to set up deliveries
Follow-up with any customers to check that their products were delivered in a timely manner
SKILLS:
High school diploma or Equivalent
2+ years of office administrative related tasks
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational skills
Some knowledge of Word, Excel, Office, Outlook
We work in New home and commercial apartment markets doing Household Appliance deliveries & installations.
