Customer Service / Data Entry Representative

Customer Service / Data Entry Representative – Bar None Auction

Bar None Auction is seeking a Customer Service / Data Entry Representative to join our Fontana, CA Auction Team. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring efficient data management for our auction inventory. In addition, you will assist with cashing out customers after our auction.

Duties:

Key in Inventory that has been written up by the check-in crew.

Enter various types of information into databases and spreadsheets.

Upload Pictures and manage files linking to specific inventory items.

Proofread all data entry actions, verify years, descriptions, and details are accurate.

Support the team in clerical tasks such as filing and organizing paperwork.

Answer Phones, schedule deliveries, and receive inbound inventory.

Assist customers at the front counter, over the phone, and in email.

Cashiering – collect various forms of payment from customer, balance invoices after auction.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience working in a company cloud and computer file management.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Cashiering and document printing to release inventory to auction buyers.

Must be outgoing and friendly to greet customers.

This is a full-time position with normal hours from Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Some overtime should be expected, especially during auction week and on auction day.

Work Location: Fontana, CA

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
