Pacific Fleet Services is a rapidly growing mobile diesel repair company looking for a Data Entry/ Processor to help support our Dispatch Team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
-2+years of Data Entry experience
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Strong clerical skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel/Word
-Proficient in data entry with diligence for accuracy, able to type 40- 60 wpm.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily responsibilities effectively.
-Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
-The ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally.
Responsibilities:
-Perform data entry tasks to maintain records accurately.
-Maintain and create spreadsheets.
-Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
-Purchasing of materials and other supplies
-Answering calls
-Assist with clerical duties.
-Provide administrative support as needed for various departments
Schedule:
Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm
