We specializes in supplying materials for commercial projects, focusing on doors, frames, hardware, restroom accessories, and restroom partitions. Serving California and the Western United Sates, we provide exceptional customer support and after-sales service.
Job Description:
Setting up new projects.
Estimating / bid analysis.
Takeoffs and proposal preparation.
In depth research of products, materials, etc. for accurate bidding.
Effective client communications.
Subcontractor and vendor communications.
Follow up on proposals.
Assist Project Manager with administrative duties
Requirements:
Knowledge of the commercial door, frame & hardware industry is desired but not required.
Excellent mathematical and organizational skills.
Ability to read construction drawings and identify product requirements.
Requires a keen eye and attention to detail.
Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to cope under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Computer literacy must be comfortable using software and technology.
