Job Opportunity: E-Commerce Operations Specialist (Part-Time & Full-Time)
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team. If you have experience in order processing, product listing, and e-commerce operations, we want to hear from you. this is a permanent long term job opportunity, not a short term temp position
Responsibilities:
Manage daily order processing and ensure timely shipments.
Operate shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, DHL, ShipStation).
Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Depop and more,.
Conduct vendor research, pricing comparisons, and assist with purchasing.
Support social media promotion (optional but a plus).
Requirements:
Experience in e-commerce, warehouse operations, or order processing.
Proficiency with shipping platforms and international shipping processes (VAT, customs).
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel preferred).
Bonus: Knowledge of SEO, listing creation, social media, or purchasing.
