About Us

G1 Electric is a growing electrical contracting company serving the Inland Empire. We specialize in residential and commercial electrical services and are looking for a reliable and professional Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to help with daily operations and support the owner directly.

What You’ll Do

Answer phones, emails, and schedule appointments

Assist with invoices, estimates, and tracking expenses

Coordinate inspections, utility appointments, and vendor calls

Keep the office organized and running smoothly

Provide personal assistant support to the owner (scheduling, errands, follow-ups)

Light social media/marketing tasks when needed

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational and communication skills

Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

Comfortable with computers and learning new software

Prior admin experience helpful but not required (we’ll train the right person)

Compensation & Growth

$20 per hour to start

Part-time schedule (flexible)
