We’ve weathered the slowdown of the past two years and now see real light at the end of the tunnel. The company is being rebuilt from the ground up, and we’re looking for someone who can be the right hand to the president — someone ready to grow with us as we grow.
About the Role:
This position requires someone who’s organized, resourceful, and comfortable wearing many hats. You’ll handle a mix of administrative and light accounting duties — no financial statement prep or bank reconciliations — but you should be comfortable with data entry and basic bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
- Enter transactions, send invoices, and track expenses
- Pay vendors and manage supplies/inventory
- Coordinate crews, travel, and job schedules
- Assist with estimates and project tracking
- Support executive team with daily operations

Compensation:
Starting pay is modest but offers strong growth potential — your reliability and commitment will be rewarded as the company expands. (Part-Time may become Full-Time)
