ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a husband-and-wife ownership team running two long-established businesses: Premier Glass
Products and Blue Water Group. We need a mature, well-rounded professional to manage business,
personal, and development projects. This is not entry-level. The role requires independent decision-making,
strong judgment, exceptional organization, and daily business-grade use of ChatGPT/AI for drafting,
research, workflow acceleration, and problem-solving.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Seasoned professional with broad business exposure.
- Able to work with both owners and set priorities independently.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Manages many simultaneous projects confidently.
- Assertive, persistent, and capable of navigating agencies, vendors, and cities.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Uses ChatGPT/AI DAILY in a business environment with proven results.
- Mature, calm under pressure, and capable of self-directed problem-solving.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage business and personal projects for both companies.
- Draft letters, summaries, reports, and follow-ups.
- Use ChatGPT to expedite research, documents, and multi-step projects.
- Coordinate with agencies, contractors, inspectors, vendors, attorneys.
- Maintain the owner's calendar.
- Assist with franchise startup, land development, and property tasks.
- Work part-time at owner's Yucaipa home office and part-time at the Riverside office.
SCREENING REQUIREMENTS
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong professional writing ability.
- Proven business-grade ChatGPT/AI experience used daily.
- Ability to handle many active projects.
- Stable work history; experienced working directly with ownership.
- Able to set priorities independently.
- Must pass background check.
PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)
- Well-rounded business exposure or diverse operational experience.
COMPENSATION
$30 plus per hour depending on experience.
Hybrid schedule: part Riverside Office, part Yucaipa home office, some remote.
This role is ideal for someone motivated, sharp, reliable, and experienced - someone who can move
long-delayed projects forward with confidence and precision.
