General Office Admin Assistant Insurance Collections

Immediate opening for a full time General Office Admin Assistant for our insurance/medical collections office in Lake Elsinore. This is not a remote position. We are a small, casual office full of hard workers who support one another and are looking for someone to join our team long term. Note this is an entry-level position and we will train the right person.

Applicant should be very detail-oriented, reliable and able to self-manage once trained.

Experienced at using a computer because you will be trained to access many websites, work through our VPNs and create documents to email.

Keep up with your follow up calendar

Keep detailed notes in our project management software

Extremely organized and have great attention to detail and follow up

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Must have a stable work history if you have experience

Hours are Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm
