General Office Assistant

Answering phones, and routing calls to appropriate personnel or Account Managers.

Assisting customers and Account Managers with Estimates.

Setting up new customers in NetSuite.

Scheduling all jobs within assigned territory / Account Manager, by updating the dispatch sheet.

Work closely with the dispatch team, drivers, and technicians to ensure quality service to customers.

Preparing profiles to various TSDF’s.

Preparing paperwork for drivers, (Work orders, Manifest’s, Labels, LDR’s, Bill of Ladings, etc.).

Billing all jobs in a timely manner, within a time frame required by your supervisor.

Track data entry: Number of Invoices and estimates generated, daily.
