Job Summary: The HR Admin Assistant supports the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department and assists clinic sites with HR related advising and instruction.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Exemplifies Pacific Dermatology Institute’s Purpose, Vision, Goals and Values
Champions all HR personnel and aspects of the PDI Human Resources Department
Assists with New Hire Orientation process including but not limited to; preparing orientation folders and bags, enrolling new hires in required compliance trainings, supporting new hires during their time in corporate and during their transition to the clinic.
Assists with recruitment process through candidate sourcing and scheduling interviews for the HR team.
Assists the HR team with pre-employment process for potential candidates including coordinating Test, Drug Screening, and a full FCRA compliant background check
Manages the Scrubs inventory, including maintenance, collection and ordering
Assists with creation and rollout of the Quarterly Company Newsletter
Organizes, attends and participates in operational related meetings
Assists with Social Media Account management
Assist with ordering supplies for the office
Supports payroll department when needed.
Facilitates employee engagement and flourishing
Assists with employee celebratory recognition programs
Provides reports, both in writing and in person to HR team and Directors when needed
Displays the utmost discretion in all presentations/correspondence and communication to staff and Executive Management
Projects a positive image of PDI to staff, vendors, patients and the community-at-large
Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures that comply with Pacific Dermatology Institute’s Corporate policies and procedures, Medicare guidelines, CLIA and OSHA regulations
Coordinates PDI COVID-19 CDC, CDPH, and OSHA compliance requirements for 16+ offices

Skills & Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years working in a sensitive administrative role, preferably in human resources
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries and complaints
Actively participates in self-evaluation by seeking and utilizing guidance and constructive feedback in a professional manner
Contributes to the progress and development of performance improvement and self-reflection
Ability to work and promote mutual respect and within a multidisciplinary team
